LIVE IN CARE SERVICE

Meal and medication visits
We offer support up to 4 times a day to support you with preparing and making meals.
We also do visits to observe you taking the correct medication at the correct times throughout the day.
All day services
We offer our services for full day care, this can either be an 8 hour or 12 hour day. During this time, we can support you with any level of care that you require, whether this be doing activities in your own home or time spent in the community.
Night-time services
We offer a full night-time support package that includes staff assisting with your night-time routine, assisting you into bed and staying awake throughout the night for any support you may require.
Our Staff
Support Worker
Our support workers are there to help support your independence, they can assist with meals, daily household chores, community day trips and shopping.
This will be based on what is outlined in your care plan with yourself at the start of your experience with our company.
Care Staff
Our care staff help you with medication, showering, personal care, toileting and any other needs that are established during your independent care plan assessment. They can also assist you with the same things our support workers assist with too.
Nurses
We can on request provide visits from nurses that can administer prescribed medications that our care staff are unable to administer, change dressings and treat such things as bed sores etc.
Our nurses are fully qualified to community nursing standards. Our staff are chosen carefully, and we take into consideration their experience, backgrounds and beliefs before we match them.
